Qualifications and experience
Tara is the Executive Director of Housing Services at Homes NSW. She is an experienced senior executive who is passionate about delivering strategic programmes that create meaningful outcomes for vulnerable members of the community. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale service delivery, housing, and community initiatives across the public sector.
Tara brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, public housing, community services, stakeholder engagement, and organisational transformation, providing valuable insight to the Board in supporting Dougherty Apartments’ unique co-located model.
