Michelle Ossington

Michelle is an experienced aged care leader, Registered Nurse, and sector consultant, with more than 20 years’ involvement in residential and community aged care. She has held senior leadership roles and provided consultancy services to aged care providers, supporting quality improvement, clinical governance, and operational efficiency. Michelle currently works in residential aged care in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, bringing to the Board a valuable combination of strategic insight, sector-wide experience, and a frontline perspective on nursing and care service delivery.
